Rugged, portable instrument for workplace testing
The Intoxilyzer® 200 is a breath tester and printer inside a rugged Pelican® case.
Easily portable from site to site, the Intoxilyzer® 200 is built to withstand the extremes. It has a rechargeable battery capable of eight hours continuous use.
The unit can also be used as a desktop instrument for stationary testing. The Intoxilyzer® 200/200D can be used for both screening and confirmatory U.S. Department of Transportation-mandated employee alcohol testing.
Results can be printed on three-part paper. The Intoxilyzer® 200/200D appears on the NHTSA Conforming Products List.
Data Storage
The 200D version includes a keyboard for data entry of the subject’s complete name, company and ID number as well as the operator’s name and ID number. Using CMI’s own 200-Soft, up to 150 stored test results can be downloaded to a PC into popular user selected software programs. In addition to performing standard breath alcohol tests, the Intoxilyzer® 200/200D has two additional test modes:
1. A Custom mode that performs a calibration check if a test result is .02 or above, and
2. A Fitness for Duty mode that automatically counts a user-configured waiting period (up to 20 minutes) between two tests.
