Preparing Your Instrument for Shipment

  • If using the hard plastic OHD case, secure it with zip ties to avoid accidental opening.
  • Remove all alcohol wicks and accessories before shipment unless instructed otherwise.
  • Please include a note with information on any known errors or special instructions for OHD technicians.

Shipping Process

Once you submit the form below, OHD will coordinate a door-to-door pickup from your location.<br>Return shipping will be handled once calibration is complete.

Returning Your Equipment for Calibration

Because of the delicate nature of some of the equipment that is returned to OHD, we would recommend that you pack your instruments carefully to prevent damage in transit.
